Membership Terms

General Terms:

I reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone.
Any violation of the terms stated here will result in termination of your membership. You will also be asked to remove all graphics obtained from my site and made from my tutorials.
I’m sorry but there will be NO REFUNDS so please make sure you understand all the terms BEFORE applying.
I may occasionally make small amendments to my terms in order to make things clearer due to misunderstandings, but my basic terms will NEVER change.
As a member, you are not allowed to share your username or password with anyone. If so you will be terminated immediately. All IP’s are logged upon entering the members area.
After joining, you have 10 days to get the TCN Membership Logo up on your site (you can get one in the members area). Anyone not displaying the logo and having it linked back to http://tweediescountrynest.com will have their membership suspended until they get the logo up on their site.
I retain the copyright to all my creations. As a member, you have purchased the creative right to USE them.
You must have the No Right Click script , Disable Image Tool Bar Script and No Drag and Drop Script placed on each page that the graphics are displayed. If your not sure how to set up the codes for these, just use the contact me form on the right and I’ll be glad to help you.

Lineart Terms:

You may NOT alter my lineart in any way. Example: resizing, reshaping etc.
You may NOT claim my lineart as your own or offer them UNCOLORED for download, for sale, as a collection, or through emails, forums, or groups of any kind.
You may NOT interchange my lineart bases, hair or clothes with someone else’s lineart, bases or clothes. (ex. my base with somone else’s hair or clothes or vise versa). It causes too much confusion as to what is who’s.
You may offer YOUR colored results from my lineart for sale, download or as tubes. I don’t require that you have a tube license.
You may NOT offer any of the bases for sale or download without clothes on. That includes the animal bases also, even if they are your colored results.
You may NOT use my lineart to creat tutorials.

Tube Terms:

You may use the tubes offered in the members area to create your own stationery, banners, websets etc. for commercial or non commercial purposes but you can not offer them for download AS IS. You must add something to them before offering them for download or sale.
You may NOT offer my tubes as tubes even if you add other things to them.

WordPress Theme Terms:

You may use the wordpress themes for personal or commercial websites. However since the actual layout is copyrighted to someone else, you may not change or replace the images given with the theme. You must buy the template from the original owner in order to do that.
You also must keep all credit in the footer of each theme in tact.
